This morning i called this particular clinic, because I had hurt my back the previous day. This would be my first time being seen at this facility since I just moved to Brookeville,Ks. The receptionist said they would call me back, however hours had passed by. I gave them a call to see if I'd actually be seen today, but because I'm a "first time patient " they wouldn't get me in today. Knowing that I had hurt my back, knowing I was a first time patient, having me wait a few hours, & not calling me back has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is a small town clinic, I don't understand what the delay was, school is back in session, it's not the cold or flu season. I don't get the lack of customer service by the front desk. It's unappreciated.
